
Some Liverpool supporters have experienced travel issues ahead of their Premier League clash against Chelsea.
Heavy rain and strong winds have arrived across England and Scotland overnight, with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning for wind across England.
Sections of Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium have been closed due to 50mph winds in the Merseyside region, but the club are still planning for Sunday's Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace to go ahead.
A number of English non-league and FA Cup qualifying round matches have been affected by the weather, though the EFL has so far been unscathed.

Winds are forecast to reach over 40mph in London until 4pm but are expected to significantly ease afterwards.
Chelsea's home fixture against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge kicks off at 5:30pm, with the match still set to go ahead as planned.
That is despite some Liverpool fans travelling down to London experiencing travel issues, with The Athletic's James Pearce reporting that trains out of Liverpool Lime Street and Runcorn are being cancelled due to overhead electric wire damage caused by the storm.
Over 5,000 Reds supporters are making the trip to Stamford Bridge, with it remaining to be seen how many will be affected by the weather issues.

At this stage, there is no indication that the kick-off time of 5:30pm will be changed.
Liverpool are currently top of the Premier League, having won five of their six matches to start the season.
Arne Slot's side, however, have suffered two defeats in the space of a week, having lost 2-1 to Crystal Palace to register their first Premier League defeat, before a 1-0 loss at Galatasaray in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Chelsea did win in Europe in midweek, defeating Benfica 1-0 at home, but have struggled for form in recent weeks.

Enzo Maresca's side have lost three of their last five games in all competitions, having had a player sent off in three of those matches.
