Pep Guardiola's reaction to finding out Sir Alex Ferguson picked up 27 'Manager of the Month' awards during his 26 year reign at Manchester United is incredible. You can watch the clip below.
The 50-year-old Spaniard was named Premier League Manager of the Month for the second successive month in December after Manchester City won all seven of their domestic games to open up an eight-point lead at the top of the table.

Guardiola's latest achievement means he has now won the Manager of the Month award 11 times in total during his tenure at the Etihad, placing him third in the overall standings.
Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson are the only managers to have claimed the prize more times that Guardiola.
Former Arsenal boss Wenger won a very respectable 15 MOTM awards during his time in North London, while the prolific Ferguson lifted a quite remarkable 27 Manager of the Month awards - an achievement even Guardiola thinks he will never reach.

In a recent press conference, a reporter told the former Barcelona boss: “You’ve won 11 now, Pep - only Wenger and Ferguson have won more than you. So, is that something for you to be proud of?”
Guardiola smiled, saying: “Be careful, Sir Alex, Arsene… I’m coming…” before being told how many Ferguson won. “How many?!” he replies. “Oh my god! Okay… it belongs to him! I will not chase him for sure.”
The Spaniard has a long way to go if he wants to match the incredible tally of Ferguson, who lifted 13 Premier League titles, five FA Cups and two Champions League trophies during his time at Old Trafford.
So who has won the most Premier League Manager of the Month awards down the years? Here is a top 10 list of the managers with the most MOTM titles to their name:
