WATCH: Joe Hart Gets Emotional As City Fans Chant His Name

Tonight was likely Joe Hart's last match for Manchester City and, despite being a dead rubber game against a Steaua Bucharest team who City held a 5-0 first leg lead over, the emotion of the occasion wasn't lost on the England number one.

With the Etihad crowd chanting their captain for the night's name, Hart became visibly emotional.

It is understood Everton are favourites to sign the City 'keeper, with Pep Guardiola wanting to offload Hart and replace him with Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, who is to arrive at the club in a deal worth £17m.
