Ousmane Dembele Will Stay At Barcelona Despite Manchester United Interest

Ousmane Dembele will STAY at Barcelona this season amid interest from Manchester United.

United had been strongly linked with Dembele following their unsuccessful pursuit of Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, who appears unlikely to move to Old Trafford this transfer window.

French outlet RMC Sport claim Dembele will not leave Barcelona and is focused on his season at the Camp Nou.

The French winger is set to be a part of Ronald Koeman's squad this campaign.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to look elsewhere if he wants to add another attacking player to his squad ahead of the transfer deadline.

He's, though, close to completing a deal for free-agent Edinson Cavani who's expected to sign an initial one-year deal with the option of a further 12 months.

Porto defender Alex Telles is also on the verge of joining United in a transfer worth a reported £18 million.

The Reds have only completed one major signing this transfer window in the shape of Donny van de Beek.

He signed from Ajax for £35 million.
