After a successful nine years at the club, Pablo Zabaleta paid a fond farewell to Manchester City on the final day of the season.
But now he must prepare to go face-to-face with his former side after reports suggested that the 32-year-old will join Premier League side West Ham in the summer transfer window.

Following on from those back page reports, Zabaleta confirmed the news earlier on today after he was spotted on a train from Euston to Manchester on Thursday evening.
Twitter user @JRizla posed for a picture with the Argentine defender, and Zabaleta confirmed that he will complete his move to the Hammers this summer.

Zabaleta won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two League Cups as a City player, making 332 appearances in the process.
He paid tribute to his time at the club last week:
West Ham fans, are you happy with the signing? At 32 years of age, is an ageing full-back the player you need to bolster a leaky defence?
