A prolific season with Nice seemed to have reinvigorated Hatem Ben Arfa's floundering career, with the former Newcastle United man firing his way back into the French national team and earning a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
However, since arriving in the French capital this Summer, Ben Arfa's progress has stalled once again, with playing time hard to come by under manager Unai Emery.

Just one goal and one assist have been recorded in 387 minutes of football from the 29-year-old this season and now, according to Turkish media outlet Milliyet, Fenerbahce are prepared to offer the playmaker an outlet in January.

The deal would be a six month loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the season, should Ben Arfa recapture the form that lit up Ligue Un, last season.
