AC Milan will not sign Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli on a permanent basis after his failed loan spell this season, according to reports from the Football Insider.
Balotelli was sign via a £16million deal by the Reds in the summer of 2014 as a potential replacement for the departed Luis Suarez, but the Italy international struggled in his second Premier League stint with form and fitness.
This saw Milan take him back last summer on loan in an attempt to reignite his career, but Mario continued to struggle in Serie A with just three goals from his 16 appearances.
