There's A Petition To Get Gary Neville And Jamie Carragher On FIFA 22 Commentary

Someone has set up a petition imploring EA Sports to draft Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher in for FIFA 22 commentary.

Fans hear Neville and Carragher on Sky Sports on a weekly basis but there's a huge demand for their commentary to make its way to the video game world.

FIFA 21 saw Martin Tyler and Alan Smith completely axed from the game, with Derek Rae and Lee Dixon narrating all games in the English language.

Rae and Dixon were initially brought in as a fresh duo when EA Sports secured the rights to the Champions League and Europa League but gamers have become frustrated over hearing their voices.

One of those has been Paul Atkinson, who is desperate to hear some Neville and Carragher while he plays FIFA next year.

The petition's description reads: "Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher are the best two co-commentators and pundits in the game right now.

"Fans deserve their soundbites and analysis on FIFA games to add to the realism and make it a much more enjoyable experience.

"The pairing of Martin Tyler and Alan Smith has gone in FIFA 21 and it's just not the same with Derek Rae and Lee Dixon, particularly as they never do commentary on Premier League games.

"EA Sports need to do the right thing and get the most beloved duo in the booth and have their dulcet tones on FIFA 22."

Fans on social media also share the same opinion, feeling as though the addition of the duo would bring a whole new dimension to the popular football game:
