As per SPORT, Spurs have agreed personal terms with Andre Gomes after holding talks over a summer move.
The Portugal international has impressed on loan at Everton but is now poised to move down South, with Barca extremely likely to accept a €30 million offer for a player who flopped at the Nou Camp.

Everton have an option to snap up the former Valencia midfielder on a permanent basis but it's believed that Spurs' offer is higher and that has given them the edge in the race for Gomes' signature.
