Willian’s Physique Provokes A Reaction From Fans After Losing To Hibernian

Pictures of Willian from Arsenal's recent pre-season friendly have gone viral on social media as there are suggestions that the players seems unfit and out of shape.

Football fans have reacted on Twitter as the images of Willian have frustrated Arsenal supporters whilst those who follow opposition clubs have used the opportunity to ridicule the Gunners.

Since Willian joined the club last Summer on a free transfer, he has struggled to find his form from his Chelsea days, scoring just one goal in 37 appearances for the North London team.

His selection in the starting eleven was a surprise to many Arsenal fans as there have been many reports that Arsenal are looking to sell the player however it does seem that his departure may still happen before the end of the Summer.

Even though Willian's physique was of great surprise to most football fans, Mikel Arteta's Arsenal were also surprisingly beaten 2-1 by Scottish side Hibernian.

A horrendous error by Arsenal goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo lead to the opening goal for Hibernian which was added to in the 69th minute.

Emile Smith Rowe got a goal back late on for Arsenal however after a disappointing performance, Arteta's side did not have the best start to their pre-season campaign.
