Jose Mourinho Spent 10 Minutes With Disabled Fans After U23 Game Last Night
It has been a difficult couple of weeks for Jose Mourinho.
Let's be honest, the Manchester United manager has been in the media spotlight for all the wrong reasons of late, but let's give the guy some credit - he's got a huge amount of time for his fans.
During the club's under-23 match against Stoke City last night, Mourinho went over to the disabled fans section at Old Trafford and spent 10 minutes with young fan Alex Nield and a number of others.
As you can see in the above footage, Mourinho had a chat with the supporters and posed for pictures,
It's things like this that don't always get recognised in the media, but we thought it was a great gesture from the 55-year-old, who's side come up against Burnley tomorrow afternoon.
Forget the football for a second, Jose Mourinho has just gone over and spent 10 minutes with fans sat in the disabled section watching the U23s tonight. All thrilled. Fair play. Really nice touch.- Rob Dawson (@RobDawsonESPN) August 31, 2018
Alex Nield is another young man who needs to be recognised.
Not only does he attend home and away games for the first team, but he watches all age groups throughout the season - one of the most dedicated fans out there.
He's met the likes of Paul Pogba and Juan Mata in months gone by, recording his journey on his official YouTube channel.
Great stuff all round. Keep up the good work, Alex.
