Did Moussa Sissoko deliberately blast the ball at Nuno Espirito Santo during Tottenham vs. Watford? Well, fans are convinced it was done on purpose.
Sissoko fell out of favour under Nuno, who offloaded the veteran midfielder on Friday.
He secured a move to Watford, with the Frenchman making his debut for his new club against Spurs of all teams.
The 32-year-old was handed a start in midfield and immediately got into the thick of the action.
In the first half, he dueled with Dele Alli who barged him off the ball with Sissoko leaving the field of the play, before smashing the ball at Nuno at point blank range.
Sissoko quickly apologised with Nuno unhurt despite being struck with the ball from just a few yards out.

"That's for selling me". Sissoko blasts the ball at Nuno from close range after he was shepherded out of play. Definitely not intentional because if it was he'd have missed #THFC
