Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have all secured Champions League football next season after making the Premier League's top four.

Pep Guardiola's men already dethroned Liverpool as Premier League champions and ended the season with an emphatic 5-0 win over Everton at the Etihad.

United finished behind the Premier League champions and ended their domestic campaign with a 2-1 victory over Wolves at the Molineux.

Despite Liverpool's disappointing title defence, Jurgen Klopp's men claimed a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Anfield en route to finishing in third place.

Chelsea narrowly edged out Leicester City to the final top-four spot in a dramatic final day of the Premier League season.

The Blues were reduced to 10 men as they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa at Villa Park.

However, Chelsea's London rivals Tottenham crushed Leicester's dreams of securing Champions League football for next season.

Spurs secured a 4-2 victory at the King Power as Leicester finished one point behind fourth-place Chelsea in the league table.

Sheffield United, West Brom and Fulham have all been relegated from the Premier League this season.

Norwich City will return to the Premier League for the 2021-22 season after winning the Championship.

Joining Norwich in the new Premier League season will be Watford and the winner of Brentford vs Swansea City's play-off clash on 29th May.

Chelsea and City will both end their season later this month after the Champions League final on 29th May.

United, meanwhile, will play Villarreal in Poland in the Europa League final on 26th May.
