Pep Guardiola is a good manager. A very good manager.
He's masterminded an incredible campaign for Manchester City this season which includes being 15 points clear of nearest rivals, Manchester United, in the Premier League, to being in the next round of three different cups competitions.

Though while City suffered a defeat in the month of December to Shaktar Donetsk, their league record has been impeccable.
And following City's heroics, Guardiola has been named the Premier League 'Manager of the Month' for a record fourth successive time.
It's marks first time in the history of the monthly award that a manager has won it four straight times.

They began the month with a nervy win over West Ham courtesy of David Silva who bagged in the final stages. Then claiming bragging rights in Manchester after beating cross-town neighbours at Old Trafford.
City's charge gained momentum netting four goals in the next three league games against Swansea City, Spurs and Bournemouth.

Following Christmas, City picked up an away win at St. James Park, before rounding off the year with a draw against Palace with Ederson saving a stoppage time penalty to keep their unbeaten league record in tact.
