But the Ghanaian midfielder could well be the shrewdest piece of business based on his past performances for 'Atleti' including his superb showing versus Liverpool last season.
The 27-year-old performed brilliantly in the middle of the park, breaking up play and setting up attacks.

Partey's then side went onto beat the Reds 3-2 at Anfield to secure a spot in the next round.


Mikel Arteta, meanwhile, is delighted to add a "high-quality" player in Partey to his squad for the 2020/21 season.
