And it appears the Brazilian is doing his very best to lure the Argentine to the Parc des Princes this summer.
French outlet RMC Sport via Get French Football News claim Neymar has offered his number 10 shirt to win Messi over.

However, the report continues by stating that the six-time Ballon d'Or winner has turned down Neymar's offer, even if he does reunite with the 29-year-old in France.
Messi's departure from Barca has shocked the sporting world, with club president Joan Laporta explaining the situation in a revealing press conference.

He said: "The club has over 100 years of history and is above any player, even the best in history, to whom we will be eternally grateful.
"Above players, managers and presidents, Barca will always be above them.
"I said we'd do everything possible to keep Messi at Barça within the economic situation of club
"We reached agreement but couldn't formalise it, because of the club's economic situation, which means we can't register the player due to salary limits.
