In a revealing interview, Messi spoke about a range of topics including his fierce rival Ronaldo.
The Portuguese superstar ended his association with Spanish football by sealing a mega-transfer to Juventus in the summer, thus ending his La Liga duel with Messi who's missing his presence in Spain.
Lionel Messi:

"Today, Neymar, Mbappe, Suarez, Aguero," the Barcelona captain said. "Today, they can be the best in the world. Cristiano, I take him out an put him with me, a part. I swear to you, I am being honest.

Barcelona could play Juventus this season. If both teams progress to the Champions League semi-final and beat their opposition, they'll meet in the Champions League final.
Messi has a lot of respect for Juventus, and he's hoping his side face the Serie A leaders in Madrid on June 1.
"I have a lot of respect for Juventus. They are a great team and even more with Cristiano. Hopefully, we get to the final and after that, what happens, happens," he added.
New league, same Ronaldo. He's got 19 league goals to his name and steered his team to the Champions League quarter-final after scoring a stunning hat-trick against Atletico Madrid.
Messi is also enjoying an ultra-prolific campaign. He's weighed in with an incredible 39 goals in all competitions including eight in Europe.
