Mbappe has been heavily linked with a stunning switch to Real, with the star forward wanting a move in the summer.
Paris Saint-Germain blocked a potential transfer despite the Spanish giants offering a ridiculous amount of money.
The 22-year-old, though, could move at the end of the season on a free transfer when his current contract expires.
So, the World Cup winner could join international teammate Karim Benzema and Belgium forward Hazard in Madrid next season.
And it appears Hazard is warming to the idea of playing alongside Mbappe, appearing to say 'Hala Madrid' to the PSG man during Belgium vs. France on Wednesday.
Whatever Hazard said got a laugh out of Mbappe, who grinned to himself before getting ready for the match.

If Real's bosses were watching Mbappe then they would have been incredibly impressed as he starred in France's come-from-behind victory.
He ran the show in the second half and tormented Belgium's defence.

For France's first goal, Mbappe brilliantly created an opening for Benzema who tucked home.
He got on the score-sheet himself moments later, successfully converting a penalty.
Theo Hernandez then netted in the 90th minute to book France's spot against Spain in the UEFA Nations League final on Sunday.
