Following their incredible come-from-behind victory over England, the Icelandic players are set to receive an incredible honour.

After going behind to a Wayne Rooney penalty, they immediately leveled through Ragnar Sigurdsson before Kolbeinn Sigthorsson put them in front 12-minutes later producing this piece of hilarious commentating by Steve McClaren.

The victory prompted a mass exodus from the England back room staff, while the Iceland camp are set to bestowed with an equivalent to a knighthood. Gudni Johannesson, who has only just been elected as president, is set to hand out this coveted honour. Iceland's courage, togetherness and skill will see them awarded with the 'Order of the Falcon'.

After being present in Nice to view the shock victory, he later met the players and coaches congratulating their success. Though, the heroes will have to wait till January to actually be presented the 'Order of the Falcon', who knows, an even greater award could be in store if they manage to dump out the host.

The tiny nation are back in action on Sunday night when they face France in the quarter-finals. Unbelievable. Credit to the team. Can there unlikely journey continue?
