Leicester City are nearing the first deal of the summer transfer window, with the club expected to confirm the signing of Harry Maguire in the next two days.
Craig Shakespeare was officially hired as Leicester City manager last week after his successful spell in charge as interim boss when Claudio Ranieri was sacked, and he's wasting no time in bringing in some new blood at the King Power Stadium.
John Percy from The Telegraph reports that Leicester have agreed a £16 million fee with Hull for Maguire and are close to making their first signing under their new manager.
If all goes well, an announcement could even be imminent, specifically in the next 48 hours.

Maguire was head and shoulders above the rest of his Hull teammates last season, scooping the club's Fans' Player of the Season as well as the player-voted award after making a total of 36 appearances in all competitions, including captaining the club on a number of occasions.
His performances at the heart of the Tigers' backline caught the eye of numerous Premier League sides, with Liverpool, Tottenham, Southampton, Everton and Newcastle all linked.
But it is Leicester who looked poised to secure the 24-year old's services, in what will be a considerable step-up for a player who was playing League One football with hometown club Sheffield United a few years back.
The Blades, who are back in the Championship next season after winning League One last term, are set to pocket some cash as part of a sell-on clause they made sure was placed in Maguire's Hull deal.
