Fans have been left mesmerised after North Macedonia delivered a truly bizarre training drill ahead of their European Championship clash against Ukraine.
The minnows lost their Euro 2020 opener to Austria last weekend, with Goran Pandev and Co looking to bounce back.
So, what better way to get prepared for your second group encounter with a game of 'cone race'?
That's exactly what North Macedonia did in the build-up to their Group C fixture and it makes for incredible viewing.
The eyebrow-raising video shows players running to a pole with a ball in a cone before swapping balls.
Once the players have successfully traded balls, they run back to the start where they have to complete a handover.
The players with a ball in the cone then head it to the next batch of players. Check it out below:

Needless to say, North Macedonia's interesting training session sent social media into overdrive. Some loved it and some not so much.
This is a really excellent warm up drill. North Macedonia deserve to go far for this... https://t.co/MieLxdn1NX

People might laugh, but fun warm ups like this go a long way in keeping motivation and enthusiasm high at the beginning of sessions... no matter the age of the athlete :icecream: https://t.co/HjbkjuBJM3

One joked: "And that's the reason why are we gonna win this tournament."
A second tweeted: "This is great. Get them to warm up without knowing they're warming up and make it fun and carry that smile into the game. How often do we see pro's 'going through the motions' and looking bored shitless pre game."
A third added: "Co-ordination & Teamwork," while another commented: "No wonder they can't win a game."
