Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was met with 'sacked in the morning' jibes by two fans outside the London Stadium after Manchester United lost 2-0 to West Ham United.

Goals from Andriy Yarmolenko and Aaron Cresswell continued United's away day misery - with the Red Devils having not won an away game under Solskjaer since the famous 3-1 Champions League second leg victory at Paris Saint-Germain in March.

Despite the disappointment Solskjaer signed autographs and posed for pictures with fans after the game, although he was trolled by two of those that waited for him.

A video is doing the rounds showing two lads talk about the Norwegian getting the boot while he's right there taking time out for the fans when he didn't need to.

Understandably he didn't look best pleased when he heard the conversation.

Sunday's defeat was United's seventh in 15 games under Solskjaer and led to #OleOut trending on Twitter.

The 46-year old refused to throw his United players under the bus, remaining positive and claiming the game could have gone either way.

"We are going to hit some bumps along the road, some highs and lows," Solskjaer said, as per The Guardian.

"This group is out there determined. It was a good atmosphere in the dressing-room. They've got the focus right.

"We didn't create enough chances but we created big chances - some big moments that we didn't take. They didn't create too many, either but they scored on theirs. It was a game that could have gone both ways.

"We had a few moments in the first half when we turned down a key pass and, of course, we had the two chances in the second half . If we had those again, I'm sure we'd score more than we miss."

Rio Ferdinand leapt to the defence of his former United teammate during an argument with some fans after the game, calling for supporters to "let things play out".
