Chelsea have released a stunning new fourth kit to mark the 50-year anniversary of their first ever FA Cup win.

The Blues beat Leeds 2-1 at Old Trafford in an FA Cup final replay after drawing 2-2 at Wembley Stadium and are reliving the past glory with the special-edition strip, which is essentially a modernised version of the one they wore in 1970.

The strip is a royal blue colour, with the Nike logo and Yokohama Tyres sponsor in the same tone, but also has hints of yellow in the classic Chelsea crest, shirt and shorts numbers and socks.

Modelled by youth products Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Reece James, the kit will on sale on January 2 and will be worn by the team starting with the FA Cup third round tie against Nottingham Forest three days later.

Commenting on the slick kit, midfielder Mason Mount said: "It's a classy, stylish and sophisticated shirt - a great way of remembering the iconic team of 1970.

"We know fans of all ages are going to love its simple design."
