The game won't be broadcast live in the UK due to the Saturday afternoon TV blackout.

However fans can watch the highlights on Match of the Day which will be shown at 10:20pm BST on BBC One and can be streamed on BBC iPlayer.

Newcastle vs Nottingham Forest team news:

Newcastle will be without star midfielder Jonjo Shelvey who sustained a hamstring injury during the Magpies' friendly with Benfica.

Federico Fernandez and Jamaal Lewis are also out of action with calf injuries.

Forest's Ryan Yates will miss the match due to a knee injury which he picked up in pre-season.

New signing Omar Richards is also still on the sidelines after suffering a hairline fracture just weeks after joining from Bayern Munich.

Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey is back in the squad after missing his side's last friendly against Burnley.

The game kicks off at 3PM BST and will take place at Newcastle's stadium St. James' Park, which has a capacity of 52,305.
