Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe combined brilliantly to score a goal as Paris Saint-Germain doubled their lead against Angers in stunning style.

PSG opened the scoring in their league clash on Friday when Mbappe bagged in just the ninth minute. He then netted a brace thanks to a moment of magic from Messi.

The Argentine maestro picked out Mbappe with a sublime through ball that pierced Angers' backline, with the French forward making no mistake in front of goal as he rounded the keeper before slotting home.

Fans online loved Messi's pass to Mbappe.

One Twitter user wrote: "What an assist from Leo Messi for Mbappe! Goat."
