Manchester United fans are worried about the fixture list, especially in October, leading them to think new manager Erik ten Hag's tenure could be a very short one.
There was plenty of optimism last month when United decided on Ten Hag as their new manager, acting decisively and before the season was over.

The Dutchman's decision to start work early and his manner also pleased them, and the thought of signing Frenkie de Jong certainly would have been exciting.
However, there's now already panic amongst those on social media, with the De Jong move taking its time and now the fixture list reveal hasn't helped at all.
United start at home against Brighton but, whilst they did lose to Graham Potter's side at the backend of last season, it's the fixtures after that which are proving a worry.

The team face Liverpool in their third game of the campaign and will have faced all of the 'big six' before the break the end of October.
That's led to some thinking that Ten Hag could be out by the end of that month, in which they'll face Manchester City, Everton, Newcastle, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and West Ham.
"Looking at the fixtures we should get to Liverpool at home before ten hag out is trending," one fan commented, with eyes firmly on the third game of the season.

"Ten Hag's not making it to December with these fixtures," another added, although at least the manager has the added boost of no games from November 12th until Boxing Day, thanks to the World Cup.
Another fan was worries about the lack of movement in the transfer market, saying, "If they don't buy players they are in massive trouble with those fixtures.
"I will say it now if Ten Hag goes into season with current squad and those fixtures he will be sacked by December."
One supporter thinks just the opening six games will be enough to see off the ex Ajax boss, "No reinforcements. Fully expect Ten Hag out after these fixtures. Gary Neville and his compatriots surely licking their lips as we speak."
