Manchester United star Casemiro will be suspended for this weekend’s clash against Arsenal after picking up a yellow card against Crystal Palace.
The Brazilian midfielder went into the game at Selhurst Park knowing that a booking will lead to a one-match suspension.
In the 81st minute, with Erik ten Hag seemingly ready to take the former Real Madrid man off. Wilfried Zaha managed to drive towards the United defence, Casemiro lunged in and was late on the Ivory Coast international.

Referee Robert Jones was left with no choice but to book the 30-year-old, meaning he will miss the crucial clash against Arsenal on Sunday.
To make matters worse for both United and Casemiro, they failed to find a second goal to seal all three points and they were made to pay by Palace.
Deep into injury time, a free kick was awarded to the home side after Jeffrey Schlupp was fouled by Luke Shaw just outside of the penalty area.
Michael Olise stepped up and produced a truly spectacular effort that left David de Gea divining in despair.

A truly dramatic ending to what was otherwise a routine victory for Ten Hag’s men.
Sky Sports commentator Alan Smith described Olise’s effort as “as good a free kick as you will see this season”.
The match ended 1-1 which was not what United were hoping for. As a result of the draw, they leapfrogged Newcastle United into third place in the Premier League table but missed out on a chance to go into second place ahead of their mammoth clash against league leaders Arsenal this weekend.
