Liverpool fans urge Jurgen Klopp to sign Aston Villa star as ‘midfield priority’

Jurgen Klopp has been urged by Liverpool fans to sign Aston Villa star Jacob Ramsey this summer.
As the 22/23 season heads towards its conclusion, it is now clear as day that Liverpool will have to settle for a season away from European football’s top table.
Currently, Liverpool are eighth in the Premier League, a mammoth 12 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
For the last two seasons, Liverpool fans have been crying out for the club to sign some new midfielders.
The 21-year-old opened the scoring at Villa Park with 11 minutes on the clock after lashing in from a brilliant Ollie Watkins knockdown.
After the goal, Liverpool fans were quick to praise Ramsey on social media.

One said: “Liverpool should be in for Jacob Ramsey this summer he's a class player, great finish by him there.”
Another tweeted: “Jacob Ramsey has got to be Liverpool's midfield priority. Perfect Klopp midfielder.”
A third fan added: “Jacob Ramsey is the only English midfielder that Liverpool should be going big for this summer.”
Someone else wrote: “Ramsey is a proper player. Surprised Liverpool haven’t been linked heavily as a Bellingham alternative.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “Jacob Ramsey is class, get him in that Liverpool midfield Klopp.”
Another Liverpool fan said: “I’ve said it before, Klopp has to be looking at Ramsey from Villa, what a player.”
So far this season, Ramsey has made 30 appearances for Villa across all competitions, scoring four goals and assisting five.
At just 21 years old, Ramsey has already gathered a wealth of Premier League experience and definitely has all the attributes to flourish under Klopp at Liverpool.
However, as he is one of England’s rising stars and the fact that his contract at Villa doesn’t expire until 2027, Liverpool will face a huge task to lure him away from Villa Park.
