Juventus Star Wants To Join Liverpool This Summer

Juventus' Adrien Rabiot, is reportedly interested in a move to Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City or Tottenham this summer and could be available for just £13 million, according to The Telegraph

The midfielder is keen on a move to The Premier League and has already communicated his desires to Juventus.

He aims to have his future decided before Juventus return to pre-season training July 11th.

Adrien Rabiot is undoubtedly a quality player, having featured 29 times for the World Cup holders, France.

With the World Cup in just five months, changing leagues could be seen as putting his current national team place at risk.

Rabiot does not see this as a problem with French manager Didier Deschamps, a big fan of the midfielder.

Rabiot enjoyed a decorated time at PSG before moving to Juventus in 2019 where he hasn't quite hit the standards he was setting in the French capital. 

Whilst at PSG he was coached by the current Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel, who is said to be a big fan of the midfielder. Chelsea are yet to make contact with Rabiot’s representatives but could do so in the coming weeks. 

Rabiot’s representatives include his mother, Veronique Rabiot, who was seen clashing with the families of Kylian Mbappe and Paul Pogba, during France’s penalty defeat to Switzerland at Euro 2020.

As of yet, Liverpool aren’t openly interested in a move but a £13 million transfer fee for a player of his quality could be a smart move for The Reds.

The Reds were previously interested in a move for Rabiot before he joined Juventus in 2019.

Fans were sent ‘into a brief frenzy’ when they thought they’d spotted him on the front row of Liverpool vs Tottenham.’

With rumours circulating around the futures of club captain, Jordan Henderson and sturdy midfielder, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, a move for Rabiot could catch the eyes of the higher ups at Liverpool.

Liverpool have recently been interested in 18-year-old, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham but won’t be looking at signing him until next summer, leaving the door open to sign Rabiot this summer.
