Kylian Mbappe was jeered by Real Madrid fans on his return from a muscle injury as a 69th-minute substitute against Real Oviedo - with club president Florentino Perez also coming under fire.
Mbappe had missed the last two games through injury, amid speculation of a rift between himself and Real head coach Alvaro Arbeloa.
The France striker would go on to assist Jude Bellingham's goal in a 2-0 win for Real Madrid, though all the focus was on what happened between the two players post-match.

Mbappe would address the boos from a section of Real supporters in his post-match interview, stating: "We have to accept it. I think it's an opinion people are expressing. I don't think it should be taken personally.
"It's normal that when we haven't won, people choose players to boo. It's happened at Real Madrid, it's happened at every club in the world. I don't know what's so special about it. When we don't win, that's life."
Mbappe's mother, Fayza Lamari, was spotted laughing while sat amongst the crowd after her son was booed.
Lamari is also Mbappe's agent and is a former handball player.
Perez under fire from Real Madrid fans
After what had been an explosive seven days at the Bernabeu - which started off with a dressing room altercation between Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni - it perhaps wasn't a major surprise to see fans less than happy with club president Perez.
The 79-year-old called an extraordinary press conference on Tuesday, during which he slammed journalists and called an election three years early.
He was accused of sexism towards two female reporters after the press conference, and businessman Enrique Riquelme is intending to run against him in the presidential election and potentially end his 17-year reign at the Bernabeu.
During the eighth minute of the match, security intervened to remove a banner which appeared to read 'Florentino Culpable' near one of the corner flags.
An animated Perez was later seen arguing with a group of fans, who were seated below him.
His soon-to-be presidential rival Riquelme penned an open letter to Perez earlier this week, which began by stating his 'sincerest respect and gratitude for everything you have represented for Real Madrid during these past decades'.
But he also urged Perez to 'engage in dialogue' over the coming days to 'agree upon a broader process that allows and encourages the real participation of Real Madrid members in its future'.
"As you yourself referred to in your press conference, a more transparent and innovative process regarding the eternal gaps surrounding, for example, postal voting or the possibility of knowing and contacting members entitled to vote," he continued.
"An agreed process for this election that would allow another 20 years of stability, leadership and greatness for Real Madrid, and avoid leading Madridismo into a time of rupture, polarisation and internal tension."
