And it's safe to say that Liverpool's new star signing Wirtz isn't too happy with his rating, as he pointed out what stat that he believes is far too low.

After weeks of rumours linking the German midfielder to the club, Wirtz joined Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen in a then-record signing of £100million in June, penning a long-time contract until 2030.
The midfielder played a key role in Leverkusen's spectacular 2023/24 invincible Bundesliga season and the following season that saw Xabi Alonso's side win the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup while finishing second in the league.

Due to his impressive performances at Leverkusen and for his national team, EA awarded Wirtz with an overall rating of 89, the third highest in the Liverpool squad behind captain Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.
Despite this, once he saw his rating he immediately pointed out that he thought his pace was far too low
Reacting to his FC 26 card, Wirtz said: "I'm faster than 80, but it's ok. Nice picture!"
Wirtz is one of seven players in the Liverpool squad to receive a rating of 86 or higher after Arne Slot led the Reds to glory in the Premier League last season.
