Tyson Fury is reportedly eager to work with Zlatan Ibrahimovic to put together a bid to buy a English football club.
After 16 months of being 'retired' Fury made his comeback to the boxing ring against Arslanbek Makhmudov in London on April 11, securing a unanimous decision victory.
Since then, rumours regarding the former heavyweight champion's next fight have been circulating, with a British clash with Anthony Joshua expected to come later this year.
However, Fury surprised fans this week after sharing a photo of him facing off with former Manchester United striker Ibrahimovic, claiming that the pair are set to meet in the ring on August 1 in Dublin.

Of course, nobody believes that Fury and Ibrahimovic are actually going to have a boxing match, but that doesn't mean the pair aren't preparing to make some big plans together.

In fact, it is now believed that Fury is preparing a move to buy his local club Morecambe alongside the football legend, with the pair keen to take over and launch a Netflix documentary about the club.
As reported by The Sun, the pair met in Poland earlier this week to film an advert for the upcoming World Cup and discussed a plan to purchase the National League North side.
"They were in Warsaw filming an advert for the World Cup. Tyson was talking to him about buying his local home town club Morecambe FC," a source said.
“They want to buy the club and make a Netflix documentary called Rise of Morecambe together. Just like Ryan Reynolds did with Wrexham.
“They both know what it takes to get to the top. They had a great time filming the ad. It was for the World Cup and Tyson’s food and drink brand Furocity was involved. Then they all went to dinner afterwards.
“Tyson and Zlatan have been great friends for years. Zlatan used to go to the gym with Tyson when he played for United.”
Just last year Morecambe were dangerously close from ceasing to exist before the club was rescued by consortium Panjab Warriors.
But a dismal season that has led to them being relegated from the National League after dropping from League Two the year before has once again raised concerns about Morecambe's future.
Therefore, much like the journey the Hollywood journey of Reynolds and fellow actor Rob Mac's purchase of Wrexham in 2021, which has since seen them rise from non-league up seventh in the Championship, Fury and Ibrahimovic believe they can turn things around.
And Fury clearly hopes to use his contacts from filming Netflix reality series 'At Home with the Fury's' to create a show looking to mimic the success of Reynolds and Mac's 'Welcome to Wrexham' on rival streaming platform Disney+.
The move would make perfect sense for The Gypsy King, 37, given his current ties with Morecambe FC having built his main training gym inside the club's stadium.
Back in 2020, he bought the two-storey facility at the Mazuma Stadium and also uses it as the HQ for the Tyson Fury Foundation.
