Tottenham Hotspur have transfer-listed midfielder Pape Matar Sarr ahead of their Premier League clash against Brentford, it has been reported.
The Senegalese midfielder’s future, or lack thereof, in London appears all but confirmed, with Sarr having been informed by the club that he is on the transfer market.
The 23-year-old played 26 games for Spurs in the Premier League, starting just 13 of them. He appeared for 1399 top-flight minutes, or 54 per game.
In that period, he registered two goals and four assists, creating three Opta-defined Big Chances and over-performing his xG (1.72).

Defensively, the Senegalese midfielder averaged 0.7 interceptions per game, 1.3 tackles, 0.2 possessions won, and three ball recoveries.
He also averaged 3.3 duels won per match at 46% accuracy — underwhelming statistics in comparison to his fairly prolific offensive capabilities.
Now, the 23-year-old has been placed on the transfer market during a prolific summer window for Spurs, who are looking to bounce back from last year’s Premier League relegation scare.
That's according to Sacha Tavolieri, who claims that Galatasaray are in talks to sign the 23-year-old.
The Turkish top-flight champions are looking to secure a historic five-peat, but ruthless summer business from their rivals Fenerbahce, Besiktas, and Trabzonspor is threatening that hope.
The addition of Sarr would be a fine transfer for Galatasaray, however, his future at club-level remains unclear beyond Spurs’ intention to sell.

The now 23-year-old signed for the London club in the summer of 2021, for a fee of just under £15 million.
He stayed at the club they purchased from, FC Metz in Ligue 1, on loan for an additional season, before moving to the Premier League in mid 2022.
Sarr has made 120 appearances for Spurs, bagging 11 goals and recording 13 assists.
The Senegalese midfielder was a source of national controversy at the 2026 World Cup, after failing to convert a well-positioned free-kick in the 132nd minute versus Belgium, as his nation crashed out after holding a 2-0 lead in the 85th-minute.
Belgium first scored through Romelu Lukaku, who made a recent Super Lig arrival of his own at Fenerbahce, then Youri Tielemans equalised, assisted by Leandro Trossard, who moved to Besiktas this summer.
Tielemans plunged the dagger into Senegalese hearts with a 125th-minute penalty, making it 3-2, with Sarr's free-kick miss occurring in the game's dying embers. As a result, Senegal exited the tournament in the Round of 32.
