Mason Greenwood has posted on social media after he had an altercation with Tyrone Mings during the pre-season friendly between Marseille and Aston Villa on Saturday.
Marseille won the match 3-1 at the Stade Velodrome, with Greenwood opening the scoring in the fifth minute.
Former Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang then netted a second-half brace, having returned to European football this summer following a stint with Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah.
Villa had earlier it made 1-1 through John McGinn as they ended their pre-season campaign with a defeat.

But the main focus was on a clash between England defender Mings and Greenwood.
Greenwood initially tripped Amadou Onana from behind after the Villa midfielder played a pass.
Onana was clearly not happy with the challenge and walked across to confront Greenwood, who laughed in his face.
Mings then got involved and grabbed the Marseille forward by his shirt, as players from both sides rushed in to break the scuffle.
Greenwood 'breaks silence' after Mings clash
Taking to Instagram, Greenwood chose not to address the Mings incident, instead posting a series of images and media from the game.

One image sees him celebrating with team-mates, with another a video of his goal.

The pair weren't the only ones to clash at Stade Velodrome, with Villa boss Unai Emery less than happy with the nature of the tackles - including by Greenwood - that Marseille players were making.
Marseille manager Roberto De Zerbi addressed a furious confrontation between the pair on the touchline, telling reporters after the match: "The match was heated but that's also what people came to see. They paid to come, they could have gone to the beach.

"With Unai, he complained about my players, and I didn't like that. It's up to me to talk to them; the opposing coach must look after his players."
