Manchester United reportedly feel obligated to sell an unexpected player to Barcelona.
In recent weeks, since replacing Ruben Amorim with Michael Carrick, United have experienced an upturn in form.
The Red Devils have beaten rivals Manchester City and Arsenal in their last two Premier League matches.
On Sunday, they will look to make it three wins in a row against Fulham at Old Trafford.

Recently, a report from Spanish news outlet Fichajes has linked a shock United player with a cut-price move to La Liga giants Barcelona.
It has been claimed that Barca boss Hansi Flick is a huge fan of Red Devils defender Lisandro Martinez.
The report stated that Barcelona view Martinez, 28, as a 'perfect fit', due to the Argentine's aggressiveness and ability to break lines with his passing.
In addition, it is believed that Martinez's game is well-suited to Flick's high defensive line.
Fichajes stated that Barcelona are 'ready' to make a move in the summer, with an offer of around £26 million.
The fee appears low due to the fact that Martinez will be out of contract in the summer of 2027, and United are reportedly 'under immense pressure' to either give the Argentine a new deal or cash in.

As a result, the report stated that United 'almost feel obligated' to discuss a potential transfer with Barcelona due to the contract situation.
Speaking recently, Martinez spoke about the impact Carrick has had on the United dressing room.
As per Stan Sport FC, he said: "In a short time, for me I’ll say I’m really impressed with him, his body language, energy, communication, the way he trusts the players, the way he talks and connects with everyone.
"It’s unbelievable. The staff as well, very close to the players. You need people who understand your quality, and I think [Carrick] is doing that. He’s getting the best out of everybody, not just the players, but the staff. The standard, structure, and demands, are really important."
Martinez added: "And for me, when you touch my heart, I will give everything for you, and he touched it already and you can see that on the pitch we give everything."
