Jadon Sancho has reportedly already been rejected by his ‘first-choice’ club this summer as three other Premier League options have emerged as potential destinations for the winger.
Sancho, 25, spent last season on loan at Chelsea from Manchester United and finished the campaign by scoring in the Blues’ Conference League final triumph against Real Betis in Wroclaw, Poland.
In all, Sancho registered five goals and ten assists in 42 appearances under Enzo Maresca, but this was not enough to see him make his stay permanent.

On Wednesday (June 11), the club released a statement, which read: "Chelsea Football Club can confirm Jadon Sancho will return to Manchester United following the conclusion of his loan.
“Sancho, 25, joined on a season-long loan on August 31, 2024, and went on to make a total of 41 appearances for the club.

“The winger registered five goals during his time at Stamford Bridge, with his final strike coming in the Blues' UEFA Conference League Final victory against Real Betis on May 28.

“Everyone at Chelsea would like to thank Jadon for his efforts, and we wish him every success for the future."
So, what’s next for Sancho?
Well, as things stand, he’s still a Man United player, but this could soon be set to change.
As reported by the Mirror, Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are all ‘keeping tabs’ on the player’s situation.

A report from The Mail also suggests that Sancho has drawn interest from his former club Borussia Dortmund, but the Bundesliga side has reportedly rejected the opportunity to sign him.

On Wednesday, Dortmund’s sporting director Sebastian Kehl said: “Of course, contact with Jadon is always there, in some way, because we have a very long history.
“But it’s not an issue for us right now. We have other priorities at the moment, and that’s why the Sancho issue was probably played up more in the media than discussed internally.”

United would prefer a sale rather than a loan as they attempt to gain funds ahead of what promises to be a busy summer in the transfer window.
Sancho, who is contracted to United until at least 2026, reportedly earns around £300,000, which could prove a sticking point in negotiations with other clubs.
