David Beckham claims wife Victoria has eaten the same meal every single day for 25 years

David Beckham opened up about his wife's eating habits and how consistent they are.

David Beckham has claimed wife Victoria has eaten the same meal for more than 25 years.

'Posh and Becks' got together in the 90s and quickly became one of the most famous power couples in the world.

Beckham was consistent on the pitch throughout his glittering career, where he represented the likes of Manchester United, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and LA Galaxy.

But so too was his wife when it came to her eating habits. According to Beckham, the Spice Girl was not about much variety in her diet and would typically have the very same food on a daily basis.

"I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it," he admitted on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast.

"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.

"Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that."

The 48-year-old continued: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.

"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."

In the same interview, Beckham spoke about his love for cooking, enjoying spending time alone in the afternoons and evenings and branding it "amazing".

He also talked about his love for “secretly” cooking his favourite meal whenever Victoria is out of the house.

He added: "Everyone was out of the house and I secretly loved it. I had two [of the] most amazing cuts of meat: a T-bone and I had some English wagyu."

“I poured one glass of the most amazing red wine that I treated myself to because I was on my own looking forward to watching the football in the afternoon.

“I had a nice tomato and shallot salad and the meat and a glass of wine and it was the most amazing meal that I had for a long time.”

Beckham will reveal more details about his life away from football in a new four-part documentary on Netflix. The trailer was released on Tuesday ahead of its official release in October.
