Amad Diallo rinsed Arsenal on social media after Manchester United picked up a thrilling 3-2 victory over the Gunners on Sunday.

Aside from last season's FA Cup penalty shoot-out win, United have struggled at the Emirates and had not won at the ground in the league for eight years.

But under new boss Michael Carrick, the Red Devils picked up where they left off last week when they recorded an impressive 2-0 win over rivals Manchester City at Old Trafford.

After Lisandro Martinez put through his own net, United levelled matters through Bryan Mbeumo - capitalising on a costly mistake from Martin Zubimendi and keeping his cool in front of goal.

The visitors went ahead five minutes after half-time when Patrick Dorgu continued his fine form by lashing in a thunderous strike in off the crossbar but six minutes from time Mikel Merino made it 2-2 after a scramble from an Arsenal corner.

But there was one more twist as after some fine combination play in midfielder, substitute Matheus Cunha bent in a stunning strike past David Raya for the winner.

United handed the Premier League leaders their third defeat of the season and after the game, winger Amad was in a trolling mood.

Prior to the clash, a Gunner supporter had written, "Arsenal are winning 4-0, they just sent me the script".

So when they result finished 3-2 to United, on his official X account, Amad couldn't help but reply with the score graphic and the message, "Enjoy KID".

When user @cagiago_ replied, "don’t tweet me ever again", the Ivorian slammed Arsenal and said, "Your only hope is corner, "Be humble KID".

The former Atalanta forward's account is not verified but has over 680,000 followers and is followed by Manchester United's official account and a number of leading journalists.

In such a short space of time, Carrick already looks to have a transformative impact on United - setting the side up well and bringing a different kind of energy.

Already there are calls for him to get the job on a full-time basis but Carrick is taking things slowly and spoke in a measured manner after another big win.

"I'm not getting carried away," Carrick told a press conference.

"We've got some big games, bigger games, coming up, because every next game is the bigger game.

"So we're not getting carried away. We've got really important things coming up that we need to keep improving with.

"But there's a lot of emotion, a lot of energy and a lot of confidence that you can take from that [beating City and Arsenal], but be humble and understand how we've got these results. That's really important moving forward."

Sitting in fourth in the table, United return to action on Sunday when they host Fulham in the Premier League.
