Bernardo Silva has been criticised on social media after comments made on the back of Manchester City's draw against Nottingham Forest.
On Wednesday night, the Premier League title race took another twist as Arsenal went seven points clear of City thanks to a 1-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion.
Meanwhile, it was a frustrating night for Pep Guardiola's men as they were held to a 2-2 draw by relegation-threatened Forest at the Etihad Stadium.
With less than 10 matches to play, Arsenal are back in the driving seat to win their first title since the 03/04 campaign.

Speaking after City's draw vs Forest, Silva fumed at the referee's failure to award the hosts a penalty after Erling Haaland went down following a challenge from Mats Sels.
Silva said: "We're quite used to it this season because all 50/50s have gone against us. It's the reality. I've just watched, for example, the Erling incident (with Sels) and for me it's a penalty. Some might have a different opinion. What can Erling do?
"As I said, we're used to it. We know how it works. For us, our job is just to be better because these things we cannot control. What we can control is our own performances and that's what we need to focus on."

Reacting on social media, one fan said: "Cry baby cry, where's your mentality."
Another tweeted: "Where was that mentality Rodri used to speak about so much? Went ahead twice and twice dropped the leads."
A third fan added: "Stop being salty and admit you were rubbish tonight!"
Someone else wrote: "These City players will always complain about officiating when they drop points."
A fifth commented: "Isn't this again insinuating that the refs are favouring other teams? First Rodri. Nothing. Now this?"
During his post-match press conference, Guardiola refused to discuss the matter.
He said: "I spoke weeks ago about that subject. I always believe that we have to do it much better so the officials don't intervene.
"It's our responsibility to do it better so we don't have to rely on them. Nothing more to say, I said it in the past."
Looking ahead, City will return to action on Saturday night when they take on Newcastle United in the FA Cup at St. James' Park.
