Sky Sports viewers were amused by a four-word graphic used after Liverpool’s 6-3 victory over Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.

Arne Slot’s Liverpool side put on an impressive attacking display in north London, with Luis Diaz (x2), Mohamed Salah (x2), Alexis MacAllister and Dominik Szoboszlai all getting on the scoresheet.

The win saw the Reds go four points clear of Chelsea, who drew 0-0 against Everton at Goodison Park earlier on Sunday.

Liverpool’s six strikes means Spurs have conceded a combined nine goals in their last two home games, having won 4-3 in the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Manchester United on Thursday evening.

Postecoglou’s side have drawn criticism from fans and pundits for their seeming inability to change tactics based on the situations they find themselves in during games.

After the win over United, the Spurs boss defended his tactics, saying: “Are you not entertained?” when speaking with Sky Sports.

“What do you want?” he asked.

“Do you want a scrambling 1-0? I know the studio are probably going on a meltdown over my lack of tactics, but you know what, I love the fact that we just go out there and take it to the opposition.”

Well, his comments have come back to bite him, with Sky Sports even using a play on words in one of their graphics after yesterday’s 6-3 defeat against Liverpool.

“Arne you not entertained?!” read the graphic.

And fans on social media certainly saw the funny side of Sky’s ‘dig’.

One said: “‘Arne you not entertained’ is so COLD."

Another added: “I thought 'Arne You Not Entertained' was pretty funny.”

A third commented: "I’m not entertained. It ain’t fun watching your team get ripped apart again and again.."

A fourth exclaimed: “Are you not entertained?’ No, Ange, I’m not. I understand the injuries. I understand the lack of squad depth. I understand we are threadbare. I know we are exhausted. What I won’t understand is you acknowledging all those things and still not adapting the approach in-game."

Next up, Spurs will travel to the East Midlands where they will face high-flying Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on December 26. While Liverpool will play host to Leicester City at Anfield later that day
