Mo Salah and Darwin Nunez combine brilliantly for Liverpool's second and third goal against Furth

Liverpool fans are loving the link-up between star players Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez as they combined brilliantly for two goals against Furth.

Liverpool are in action against Furth in their pre-season tour of Germany ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Jurgen Klopp's side got off to a winning start as they beat Karlsruher 4-2 last Wednesday, with Nunez bagging in his team's victory.

And the Uruguayan forward has once again found the back of the net, scoring a second-half brace against Furth on Monday.

He linked up superbly with Salah, who cut onto his trusted left foot before piercing a delightful pass into the path of Nunez.

From there, Liverpool's new No.9 rounded the keeper before slotting the ball home to make it 2-1.

Salah and Nunez then combined again for Liverpool's third goal.

Needless to say, Liverpool fans loved the link-up between Salah and Nunez.

One Twitter user wrote: "Mo Salah and Nunez partnership could be our strongest linkup out of the front 3. Telepathic."

A second tweeted: "This Salah to Nunez linkup is becoming disgusting."

A third added: "This Nunez Salah link up."

A fourth said: "Mo salah playmaking is so underrated."

Following their tour of Germany, Liverpool head to Singapore, where they play against Leicester City and Bayern Munich.

They then face Darmstadt at Preston's Deepdale before opening their Premier League campaign against Chelsea on August 13.
