
Liverpool have offered a contract to a 90-goal wonderkid who is the son of a Premier League cult hero.
Liverpool enjoyed a spectacular campaign last season as Arne Slot's side won the Premier League, winning their 20th English league title.
Following the conclusion of the 2024/25 season, Liverpool have submitted its Premier League retained list.

The club confirmed the departures of several players from their academy, including Dominic Corness, Louis Enahoro-Marcus and Harry Evers, who will all be leaving Anfield upon the expiration of their contracts.
Liverpool have also offered contracts to a series of players, including Keyrol Figueroa, whose father, Maynor Figueroa, played in the Premier League with Wigan Athletic and Hull City.
The 18-year-old, who represents the United States at youth level, is highly thought of at Liverpool, having scored 90 goals in a calendar year at youth level.

He has enjoyed a number of prolific seasons, with Liverpool offering him a contract after he penned his first professional contract last year.
Figueroa is going to be linking up with the USMNT's U20 squad later this month to play in Egypt against Norway and Colombia.
If he accepts Liverpool's contract offer, then he could feature for the Reds next season and follow in his father's footsteps of playing in the Premier League.
The budding forward will be hoping to replicate his idols Didier Drogba, Sergio Aguero, Luis Suarez and Fernando Torres when he makes his senior debut.

"When I was younger, I was just about old enough to watch [Didier] Drogba, [Sergio] Aguero," he told the club's official website. “I watched Luis Suarez as well. I think [Fernando] Torres when he was at Atletico Madrid was someone I tried to embody."
He also referenced ex-Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge, adding: "Daniel Sturridge as well when he was at Liverpool. Those are the types of players that I looked up to.
"I’d say I’m powerful, I’d say I’m good [with my] back to goal. I think I’m a complete, total finisher - I can finish with my left, my right or my head."
As for his father, Maynor played over 200 games in the Premier League and scored one of the league's best-ever goals when he smashed home a free-kick from his own half against Stoke City.
