Liverpool fans slammed Ally McCoist for his commentary in the 4-1 FA Cup win over Barnsley on Monday night,
The Reds hosted the Yorkshire outfit in the third round at Anfield and were 2-0 up thanks to a pair of stunning goals from Dominik Szoboszlai and Jeremie Frimpong.
However, Barnsley proved tricky customers for Liverpool and pulled one back through former Reds academy player Adam Phillips, who capitalised on a shambolic failed backheel attempt from Szoboszlai in the penalty area.
Substitute Florian Wirtz scored a gorgeous third before he set up Hugo Ekitike for a fourth in stoppage time to set up an all Premier League with Brighton in the fourth round.

There were shouts of a penalty when Reyes Cleary went down under the challenge of Szoboszlai in the second half - only for appeals to be waved away.
On commentary, TNT Sports pair Darren Fletcher and McCoist expressed their view that they felt it should have been a penalty on multiple occasions.
McCoist in particular angered Liverpool fans, who felt he went over the top in willing on the underdog and let it impact his work.

A final user fumed: "Fletcher and McCoist have been a disgrace tonight."
The penalty was still being spoken about at the end of the game, though McCoist's TNT colleagues Joleon Lescott and Steve McManaman disagreed with the Scot's strong take and felt the right call was made.
McCoist's decision to give the Man of the Match award to Cleary despite him being on the losing side, also caused a stir even with his impressive showing.
