Extended footage of Jurgen Klopp's ugly argument with TV reporter after Man Utd defeat emerges

Extended footage of Jurgen Klopp's ugly argument with TV reporter after Man Utd defeat emerges

Klopp lost his head following his final FA Cup game.

Extended footage of Jurgen Klopp storming out of an interview with Norwegian TV following Liverpool's 4-3 defeat to Man Utd in the FA Cup has emerged.

United secured a trip to Wembley thanks to Amad's dramatic winner in extra-time on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool, who were in front twice during the game, failed to make their periods of dominance count.

Klopp cut a frustrated figure on the Old Trafford touchline and was reportedly 'stunned' after seeing Amad's strike go in off the post in the 120th minute.

At full-time, he spoke to Viaplay Sports - although the interview didn't go to plan.

The reporter asked: "Normally, intensity is the name of your game. So how come it became so difficult in extra time?"

Klopp called it a "dumb" question before going off on a tangent about games played.

Then, after an awkward few seconds, the reporter attempted to ask another question, but the Liverpool boss interrupted, saying: "C'mon, you are obviously not in great shape".

On the initial feed, that's where the conversation ended. However, what happened afterwards has now emerged on social media.

As he steps off camera, Klopp states: "I have no nerves for you.

"The questions don't get better. I really... What is wrong with you? What did you want?"

Frederiksen didn't take the criticism and snapped back: "Why are you so provocative?"

The intense chat appeared to continue as the cameras stopped rolling.

United took the lead through Scott McTominay, although Alexis Mac Allister and Mohamed Salah put Liverpool in front before half-time.

Liverpool had chances in the second half but failed to finish United off. Antony fired home an equaliser to take the game to extra-time.

Harvey Elliott thought he'd won it for Liverpool after seeing his deflected strike fly past Andre Onana.

However, Marcus Rashford and Amad struck to inflict a second defeat of 2024 to the Reds.
