Eagle-eyed Liverpool fans have spotted a new feature at the club's AXA training ground that features teenager Rio Ngumoha.

We are just four weeks into the 2025/26 campaign and Liverpool have already created a handful of memorable moments in the month of August.

To kick things off, Federico Chiesa came off the bench against Bournemouth to score his first Premier League goal – an effort that helped them secure an opening day 4-2 win.

Ten days later and highly-rated youngster Rio Ngumoha became the youngest goalscorer in Liverpool’s 133-year history after netting a 110th-minute winner on his Premier League debut.

And at the end of last month, Dominik Szoboszlai helped preserve the club's perfect start to the league season with a 30-yard free-kick to secure a 1-0 win over Arsenal.

It has been a whirlwind start to the campaign – and Arne Slot and his coaching team are celebrating some of those standout moments at the club's AXA training ground.

Taken from the club's latest "Inside Training" video on YouTube, pictures of Chiesa, Ngumoha and Szoboszlai celebrating their previously mentioned goals can be seen on the wall while Jeremie Frimpong takes part in a drill.

Here's how fans on social media reacted to the new tradition.

One said: "This is really cool and encouraging. Watch Arsenal do this and claim it as their own in a few game weeks time," while another commented: "We’re 3 games in and we’ve had 3 season-defining moments."

A third wrote: "I love that Chiesa is on that wall. Overlooked as he may be, I really want him to know that the team and fans fully recognise his contributions."

A fourth said: "At this point there’s going to be a picture from every game of the season," and a fifth added: "Genius idea. Motivates the team."

Alexander Isak trains with new Liverpool teammates

On Wednesday evening, fans got to see British-record signing Alexander Isak train with a selection of his new teammates for the first time since completing a move away from Newcastle.

Here, he completed gym exercises and on-pitch ball work outside, showing glimpses of what he is capable of.

Speaking recently while on international duty, Isak stated that people did not have the full picture of his transfer saga.

"Not everyone has the full picture, but that's something for another day," he said. "That's part of football. I can't control everything that is said or written but I'm glad I became a Liverpool player. That's what I wanted and I'm happy about that.

"There is a lot to discuss, and it can be discussed for a long time. It has been educational, and I'm happy with the final result. I'm happy and proud to be a Liverpool player."

Isak added: "I don't want to go into details or talk about that situation too much. It is a closed chapter, but I have never had any problems."
