Kylian Mbappe left stunned by Liverpool star Ibrahima Konate during France training session

Liverpool star Ibrahima Konate left Kylian Mbappe and other members of the France squad stunned during a training session.

2018 World Cup winners France are the firm favourites to win next summer’s Euro 2024 in Germany after a flawless qualifying campaign.

The French have so far won all six of their qualifying matches as their place in the tournament is already secured.

In a video posted on TikTok, Konate left Mbappe and other teammates in stitches after busting out some dance moves midway through a training drill. You can watch the footage below.

As shown in the video, Konate was wrong-footed and therefore decided to dance on the spot.

Behind the Liverpool man were Mbappe and other members of the squad, who were left in stitches as they reacted to Konate’s dance moves.

On Thursday morning, it was revealed that Liverpool, along with Premier League rivals Chelsea have shown an interest in signing Mbappe.

The 24-year-old’s current contract with Paris Saint Germain is set to expire at the end of the 23/24 season.

It has been widely reported that Mbappe is likely to join Spanish La Liga side Real Madrid but Liverpool are now said to be readying contract offers for the Frenchman.

Mbappe has previously revealed he held conversations with Liverpool when he was still playing for AS Monaco.

He said: “I talked to Liverpool because it’s the favourite club of my mum, my mum loves Liverpool. I don’t know why, you will have to ask her!

“It’s a good club and we met them five years ago. When I was in Monaco I met them. It’s a big club.”
