Jurgen Klopp is reportedly working to create a brand new football league alongside a World Cup winner.
Klopp, 58, will forever be regarded as one of the finest managers of his generation, having taken charge of teams like Mainz 05, Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool.
The German took the Reds to the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup, FA Community Shield, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup before leaving at the end of the 23/24 season.
Upon leaving Anfield, Klopp was appointed Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull GmbH.

Recently, the 58-year-old was linked with a move to Real Madrid, following the departure of Xabi Alonso.
However, the rumours were quickly squashed by the man himself.
Klopp said: "This has absolutely nothing to do with me, and it didn't trigger anything for me either, which would probably have been the follow-up question.
"I was surprised, that's true - genuinely surprised. Then a few people messaged me, and I replied with various emails."

Now, it has been claimed that Klopp is working to create a new football league in Germany.
As reported by BILD, via social media user DeadlineDayLive, Klopp is working alongside 2014 World Cup winner Sami Khedira, German Football League (DFL) managing director Marc Lenz and Andreas Rettig of the German Football Association (DFB).
It has been stated that the plan for a new league came from 'growing concerns over how difficult it has become for young talents to break into first teams'.
Klopp and Co. are said to be considering a U21 League, which will be 'designed to help players gain meaningful experience before stepping up to the Bundesliga'.
It has been noted that only nine German academies rank inside the top 100 most productive in Europe.
In addition, it is believed that the Bundesliga contains the fewest homegrown players among Europe's top five leagues.
Furthermore, it was calculated that non-academy signings play around 85% of the minutes played in the German top flight.
Back in October 2025, Klopp joined what was described as an 'expert group' of people working with the DFL to improve German football.
