Frank Lampard has let a former Chelsea star train at Coventry City as the player looks for a new club.
Coventry are flying high in the Championship under Lampard, who has guided his side to 25 points from their opening 11 games.
The Sky Blues have won seven of their 11 league matches this season, scoring an impressive 31 goals.
USA star Haji Wright and Ghana international Brandon Thomas-Asante have both scored eight goals in Coventry's Championship campaign this season.

No player in the league has scored than goals than Wright and Thomas-Asante as they mount a promotion charge.
Coventry could look to recruit in January when the transfer window reopens to strengthen their position.
But Lampard may reinforce his side before January, having allowed free agent Patrick Bamford to train at Coventry.

According to Mike McGrath, Bamford was seen at the club's training ground following his Leeds United release during the summer.
"Patrick Bamford seen at Coventry City training ground," he wrote on X. "The 32yo striker has been a free agent after leaving Leeds United at the start of the season."
Bamford went last season without scoring a goal after making 18 appearances across all competitions for Leeds.
He scored eight league goals in the 2023/24 campaign.

Bamford spent seven seasons at Elland Road and scored 17 goals in their Premier League campaign in the 2020/21 term.

Will Coventry sign Patrick Bamford?
Bamford is a free agent following the end of his spell at Leeds, meaning he can be signed at any time.

Even though Coventry have two prolific strikers at their disposal, a potential injury could derail their season and options are always a good thing.
However, it appears the Championship side won't be signing Bamford, with Coventry Live claiming the arrangement is merely a case of Lampard doing the 32-year-old a favour while he looks for his next club.
Bamford and Lampard, meanwhile, were briefly teammates at Chelsea.
The forward joined the Stamford Bridge outfit as a youngster in 2012. Lampard was nearing the end of his legendary spell at the club when Bamford signed.

Despite being on the books at Chelsea, Bamford never played a first-team game for the club as he enjoyed a series of loan spells, including Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace and Burnley.
He joined Boro on a permanent transfer in January 2017 after a successful loan spell.
