A self-proclaimed psychic who has correctly predicted three of the last four World Cup winners has revealed his pick for this summer's competition in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Michael Bruno, from Brazil, has a track record of predicting World Cup winners.
Ahead of the 2010 tournament in South Africa, he claimed Spain would lift the famous trophy for the first time – and they did exactly that after Andres Iniesta scored a late winner against the Netherlands in extra-time.
Bruno went on to predict Germany's success in his home country in 2014 before accurately calling France's victory over Croatia four years later.

However, at the 2022 tournament in Qatar, he thought France would defend their crown. Of course, Didier Deschamps' side went on to suffer a penalty shootout defeat in the final against Argentina.
Despite this, Bruno has bounced back with another prediction for this summer's tournament.

Speaking to Globo Esporte, he said: “Since 2022, I’ve been announcing the next champion team. Since then, I’ve been stating that Portugal will be the world champion.”
That's right. After naming his contenders as France, Spain, England, Argentina, Portugal, and Brazil, Bruno believes Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal will go on and secure their first-ever World Cup on July 19.
As well as the above, Bruno believes defending champions Argentina will be knocked out at the quarter-final stage, and Brazil will also be eliminated early, with Neymar's fitness being mentioned.
“I don’t think Neymar is 100% ready to play in this World Cup. And if he plays, once again, the national team will be eliminated before the semi-finals, because the team will revolve around him, repeating the tactical mistake of 2022," he said.
Portugal have already announced final 26-man World Cup squad
Cristiano Ronaldo, who will feature in his 13th major international tournament this summer, was included in Roberto Martinez's squad alongside Bruno Fernandes, Ruben Neves, Pedro Neto and Rafael Leao.

Arguably the biggest omission is West Ham's Matheus Fernandes, who misses out after an impressive season for the Hammers, while Tottenham's Joao Palhinha has also been left out by Martinez.
