Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed his latest new project after a cryptic post from Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho.

United, Real Madrid and Portugal legend Ronaldo has been busy off the pitch in recent months, setting up his own YouTube channel.

He reached 10 million subscribers on the platform in just one day, smashing the previous record.

He has also collaborated with several big names from the world of football and YouTube, including Rio Ferdinand, Bruno Fernandes and MrBeast.

Ronaldo also partnered with WHOOP, a wearable technology gadget that allows people to track their sleep, recovery and behaviours using a specialised app.

Now, the 39-year-old Al Nassr star has revealed his latest project.

He tweeted: "Today is the day to tell you that this A is AVA.

"A new project in which I am putting all my experience as an athlete to help others improve their recovery and increase their performance. Products to take you further."

Ronaldo also posted a link to the project's website, which is already offering several products that are available to purchase which aid recovery and pain prevention.

He had earlier teased the announcement on his Instagram account, arranging his fingers into an 'A' sign.

United winger Garnacho posted a cryptic response to the story, writing: "What's coming?"

Ex-United goalkeeper David de Gea, who was team-mates with Ronaldo between 2021 and 2022, also re-posted the story.

After being the world's top goalscorer in selected top European leagues in 2023, Ronaldo has started the current Saudi Pro League season with 10 goals in 12 matches.

Last month, he refused to elaborate on when he plans to retire from football, telling beIN Sports: "I just want to enjoy playing football. Planning my retirement, whether it's in one or two years, I don't know. I will soon turn 40, and as long as I feel motivated, I will keep going."
